Abstract

PURPOSE:To render electricity related components more reliable by a method wherein a live part protecting rib is located between the primary terminal and the entrance of a power supply lead, and a fit cover extention is used to protect the live part, facilitating fabrication work and providing the live part with an adequate protection. CONSTITUTION:A power supply box 3 includes a capacitor 13 located in its lower part and keeps the capacitor 13 caused convex within a housing 1b formed tangent, and is itself attached to a motor lower part. Located within the box 3 are the live part protecting rib 3k between a primary terminal 17 and a power supply lead entrance 3a whose size is so determined that it may leave a margin for some more connecting wires. The entrance 3a area is regulated by a fitted section 18c edge whereby the line running through the entrance 3a is made unable to move excessively. A cover 18 is provided with a fitted section extension that serves as a lead suppressor 18d whose relative location is so determined that a pass-by distance Y may be left when fabricated. Thus, the live part is fully protected and electricity related components enjoy a greatly increased reliability.
