CONSTITUTION:A projection 41 is provided on the outside surface of a cover 4 of an equipment-housing box, and at the same time, a slope 41a is provided on the outside. A groove 31 is also provided on the outside of the base 3. Width of the groove 31 is made smaller than dimensions of the projection 41, so that when the projection 41 and the groove 31 are fitted together, the fitted sections are tightly attached to each other, and therefore, rain water, etc. can not easily get inside the box. Further, even in case if water should get inside, it is drained off through a waterway 71 in the fitted section.
