Abstract
PURPOSE:To dissolve temperature rise, temperature difference of fundamental structures in the machine tool and eliminate thermal deformation, in such a way that temperature detecting elements are arranged at several places of the fundamental structrures in the machine tool, such as main shaft, column, etc., and temperatures at the detecting places is held to be their determined values. CONSTITUTION:Four pieces of thermoelectric panels 2 are fitted on a main shaft head 18. In a heat pipe 1, its condensing part is protruded out of the machine, and a radiating means 3 is provided. In order to check temperatures of the fundamental structures, such as main shaft head, column, bed, etc., the detecting elements are arranged at several places of these typical places for detecting temperatures. By this constitution, values in a data memory for the determined temperatures at each temperature detecting point are compared with temperatures at each present point, output in response to their deviation is given as output through a driver interface 16 to a thermoelectric panel drive amplifier 17, so that DC current in response to their deviation is given as output through a driver interface 16 to a thermoelectric panel drive amplifier 17, so that DC current in response to temperature changes is flowed to the panels 2.
