Abstract

PURPOSE:To contrive to save energy and to reduce operating costs, by returning a discharged gas to an air conditioner through a bypass passage in the title device, whereby air containing toxic bacteria in a chamber is discharged through a hepar filter. CONSTITUTION:Fresh air 1 taken in from the exterior into the dust-free sterile chamber 13 is supplied to each intake duct 11 through a pretreating filter 2, an intake fan 3, an air amount regulating damper 4, the air conditioner 5, a circulating fan 6, an air amount regulating damper 7 and a constant air amount device 8, and is sucked into the chamber 13 through a hepar filter 12 under a negative pressure. The air consumed in the chamber 13 is sucked into a discharge duct 15 through the damper 14, is passed into the first bypass passage 19 through an airtight sterilizing valve 16 and the hepar filter 17, and is returned to the air conditioner 5. When sterilizing the interior of the chamber 13, the air containing a sterilizing gas supplied into the chamber 13 is discharged to the exterior through the second bypass passage 26.
