Abstract
PURPOSE:To maintain characteristics almost constant for a long time by arranging a shaft along the axis of a passage cylinder provided in a passage unit case mounted detachably on a body while an impeller rotating with the shaft is mounted. CONSTITUTION:A passage unit case 33 of a flow rate detector has a passage cylinder 35 in such a manner as to be pulled into or out of, removably inserted into a through hole 8 from the other end of a body. The passage cylinder 38 is inserted through the hole 8 and tightened with a screw 36 whereby it is fixed detachably on the body 1. In the passage 4, a shaft 10 is arranaged along the axis of the passage cylinder 55 and an impeller 16 is mounted thereon. A rotor is driven through the shaft supporting the impeller with the rotation thereof on the flow of a fluid thereby maintaining the characteristic roughly constant for a long time.
