Abstract
PURPOSE: An additive, consisting of a specific phosphoric ester, and capable of exhibiting great viscosity reducing action on filling in an inorganic filler in a thermosetting resin, increasing the amount to be filled and improving the processability and coupling characteristics.
CONSTITUTION: An additive consisting of a phosphoric ester expressed by formulaI(R is H or CH3; R1 is -CH2-CH2-, formula II, III or a combination thereof; R2 is OH, formula IV or -O-R3; R3 is formula V; R4 is 3W18C saturated alkyl, 3W18C unsaturated alkyl, 1W12C saturated alkylphenol residue or 1W12C unsaturated alkylphenol residue; n is an integer 1W50; m is 0 or an integer 1W50) essentially. The additive is used in an amount of 1W50pts.wt. based on 100pts.wt. inorganic material. The phosphoric ester expressed by formulaIis obtained by reacting butyl alcohol with phosphoric anhydride, etc.
