CONSTITUTION:An analog input signal is made to charge a capacitor 32 through an input resistance 31 and a switch 39 from an analog detection device 37, closes switches 33, 34 by a timing controlling circuit 36, and is inputted to a level converting circuit 38. When an analog input circuit is disconnected, charge which has charged the capacitor 32 opens the switch 33 by the timing controlling circuit 36 after a prescribed time has elapsed, and since a circuit in case when the switch 39 has been closed is an opened loop, voltage Vc of the capacitor 32 is not varied. Accordingly, when voltage Vc of the capacitor 32 is measured, whether a state between the analog detection device 37 and the analog input circuit is normal or not can be detected even in the event of disconnection.
