Abstract

PURPOSE:To feed an adequate injection quantity of fuel to an internal combustion engine even at its high speed rotation, by reading the adequate fuel injection quantity determined by a load and rotational period of the internal combustion engine, from a memory. CONSTITUTION:A throttle valve 3 and fuel injection valve 4 are provided in an intake route 2 of a spark ignition internal combustion engine 1. An opening of the throttle valve 3 is detected by a detector 5, while a R.P.M. is detected by a detector 6. An adequate fuel injection quantity, determined by a throttle opening and rotational period, is stored in a memory 8 of a processor 7. In this way, the fuel injection quantity can be read from the memory 8 by the load and the rotational period of the internal combustion engine 1, and a required time for arithmetic processing is decreased, then an adequate injection quantity of fuel can be fed to the internal combustion engine even at its high R.P.M.
