Abstract
PURPOSE:To constitute the measuring ranges into a plurality and to increase the utilizing efficiency of light, by constituting in such a way that a light from a light source transmits through a half reflecting mirror and is made incident on a spherical surface to be checked with a stereo visual angle alpha and the light reflected on the half mirror is made incident with two different stereo angles different from the alpha via a prism. CONSTITUTION:An opposite light from a light source 11 is made incident on a point A on a spherical surface to be measured 5 with a stereo visual angle alpha via a rectangular prism 16, a slit 12, a half transmission prism 13, a prism 18, and an objective lens 20. The light reflected on the prism 13 is made incident to a point B on the surface 5 with a stereo visual angle beta via prisms 21-25 and an objective lens 26. Further, the light reflected on the prism 25 is reflected on a reflection mirror 27 and is made incident on a point B' on a symmetrical axis 15 and the focus B is retarded. For example, the reflected light from the point A is formed via the prism 13, lenses 28, 29, 30A, 30B, 31 and 32, an eyepiece lens 33. Thus, the measuring range can be of a plurality and the utilizing efficiency of light can be increased.
