Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide a plurality of measuring lenses and to increase the utilizing efficiency of light, by constituting in such a way that a light from a light source transmits a half reflecting mirror and is made incident to a spherical surface to be measured with a stereo visual angle alpha and a light reflected on the half reflecting mirror is made incident with a stereo visual angle beta. CONSTITUTION:A ray of opposite direction from a light source 11 is made incident to a point A on a spherical surface to be measured 5 with a stereo visual angle alpha via a rectangular prism 16, a slit 12, a half transmission and reflection prism 13, a prism 18, an objective lens 20. On the other hand, a ray reflected on the prism 13 is made incident to a point B on the surface 5 with a stereo visual angle beta via prisms 21-25 and an objective lens 26. Further, the light reflected on the prism 25 is reflected on a reflecting mirror 27 and is made incident on one point B' on a symmetrical axis 15 on a symmetrical axis 15 and the focus B is retarded. For example, the reflected light from the point A is image-formed via the prism 13, lenses 28, 29, 30A, 30B, 31 and 32 and an eyepiece lens 33. Thus, the measuring can be of a plurality and the utilizing efficiency of light can be increased.
