Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable to make shape measuring with high accuracy, by supporting an object to be measured to one of two supports and the standard to another, and operating the output difference of two displacement meters while they are brought into contact with the object to be measured and the standard. CONSTITUTION:When a stepping motor 27 is rotated with the command of a controller, an output shaft 29b is moved via a rotary encoder 29 and a moving table 11 is moved right while being guided with a roller 12. A supporting stand 18 and a supporting member 22 move toward the same direction, and measuring probes 23a and 24a of displacement meters 23 and 24 change the contact point on a measured lens 19 and the standard 21 to output a mechanical displacement into an electric signal. Since both measuring probes 23a and 24a are provided almost on the same line opposingly, when the outputs of both meters 23 and 24 are inputted to a differential operator 25, the output fluctuation caused by the vibration can be cancelled with each other and the measuring value equal to the state without vibration can be obtained.
