CONSTITUTION:When, in order to make a correction for the digital timepiece second reading, a signal to correct second reading is input to signal 8, a second counter 4 for the digital timepiece and a frequency division circuit 2 are reset, and at the same time the output of an OR gate 5 is added to D-type FF10 is reset and the gate 11 is prohibited to output and its output as a differentiating circuit is not delivered.
