Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide the titled agent which can give the surface having an excellent affinity for paint and easy fabricability, by mixing a monomer having a double bond and a glycidyl or hydroxy group, a halogenated polyolefin and a terpene solvent.
CONSTITUTION: The titled agent is prepared by mixing at least 0.2wt% monomer having a double bond and either a glycidyl group or a hydroxy group (e.g., alkenyl diglycidyl ether, hydroxyalkyl ester of acrylic acid), at least 1wt% hologenated polyolefin (e.g. chlorinated polypropylene) and less than 98.8wt.% mixed solvent containing 10W70wt% terpene solvent (e.g. α-pinene). When a polyolefin molding is coated with this agent and dried, a surface having easy fabricability can be prepared.
