Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent interference between feeder units, by symultaneously attracting and repulsing a forward track and return track through a vibrating plate with a common electromagnet and applying vibration at a mutually equal level to the applied direction of force reversely to each other. CONSTITUTION:Parts stored in a hopper 3 are cast into a forward track 1a in a fixed quantity by operation of a motor 5. The forward track 1a and return track 1b are simultaneously attracted or repulsed to each other through vibrating plates 22, 23 by a common electromagnet 24. Since the forward track 1a and the return track 1b are connected by common coupling materials 12-15, a difference of frequency in natural vibration between feeder units can be absorptively unified, and mutual interference is not caused between the feeder units 2, 2. Further though a part on the forward track 1a is moved forward to the point end, the part at an incorrect attitude is transferred to the return track 1b in a part selector unit, and again returned to the hopper 3.
