Abstract
PURPOSE:To perform mixing and separation of a fluid highly accurately, by flowing the heating fluid through the inside of walls of a cylindrical body. CONSTITUTION:A fluid to be separated flows into a cylindrical body 7 from a flow-in port 17 and passes through a fine slit-shaped path 5 of a separating element 6, and ony the separated dispersing medium passes through the inside of cylindrical body 7 and attains to a flluid flow-out port 11. Further, when the heating fluid injected from a heating fluid inlet port 8a flows meanderingly through the inside of the walls of the body 7 and flows out from a heating fluid flow-out port 8b, the body 7 and filament-shaped materials 4' are heated to high temperature. Next, when air pressure or hydraulic pressure is added to a pressurizing port 16, a piston 15 descends rapidly in response to the pressure. Consequently, a part of the fluid in the element 6 flows reversely toward the outside because the pressure in the element 6 increases rapidly and becomes higher than that of the outside, thus washing of the element 6 is performed.
