Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve characteristics of an electric motor in sudden accelerating or decelerating operation, by employing a double-integral proportional amplifier as a current control amplifier in a speed or voltage controller of an electric motor having therein a current control system. CONSTITUTION:The deviation signal between a speed reference signal 1 and a speed detection signal 3 is amplified in a speed control amplifier 5 to obtain a current reference signal 6. The differential signal between the current reference signal 6 and a current detection signal 8 is amplified in a current control amplifier 10 in order to control a motor terminal voltage Va. Moreover, the deviation voltage between the voltage Va and an induced voltage Ec is employed to control the motor speed omega. In this case, the current control amplifier 10 is formed into a double-integral proportional amplifier by connecting a proportional integrating amplifier including an operational amplifier OA2 to the post-stage of a proportional integrating amplifier including an operational amplifier OA1. Accordingly, even in an extremely quick accelerating or decelerating control, there is no possibility of generation of a current reference deviation, and it is possible to conduct an operation making good use of the allowable torque of the motor.
