Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent erroneous movement in rapid change of frequency right after throwing in the electric power and breakage due to inexact striking pulse by adding a synchronizm judgement circuit for checking whether or not the phase difference pulse in a phase detection circuit of a phase lock loop. CONSTITUTION:The digital electric power control device is a conventional digital control device to which a synchronism judgement circuit 7 and a synchronous display circuit 8 are added and it checks if the phase difference pulse of a phase detection device 2 of a phase lock loop RLL is synchrnous and uses a gate by which the clock pulse S3 does not enter the firing angle control for the time until synchronism is obtained. With this arrangement when the power is turned on and the frequency of the power source changes abruptly, mistaken operation of the device due to inexact striking pulse or breakage can be avoided, and the conditions are known from outside by displaying in a display circuit 8 the output of the judgement circuit 7.
