Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the yield and operating efficiency of titled painting by flowing air into the boundary part between a flux extruding piston and a flux and retreating the piston at a low speed for a short time then at a high speed in the stage of retreating said piston. CONSTITUTION:When a flux extruding piston 6 arrives at an advance limit and ends flux extrusion, a limit switch 23 detects this and changes over a solenoid- controlled selector valve 21. This connects piping l2 to pressure oil and piping l1 to an oil tank 20, and the piston 6 starts retreating. At this time, the piston 6 is retreated at a low speed by only the motor 16 of a high pressure small capacity pump 18 by the short time (about 1-5 seconds) when the piston head and the residual flux are disconnected. During this low speed retreating, a solenoid valve 14 for air vent is opened to flow air through an air hole 5a into a flux cylinder 5, thereby inhibiting the generation of a vacuum state. Following to this, the piston 6 is retreated at a high speed by the pump 18 and a pump 17 for low pressure.
