CONSTITUTION:A developing device using one-component system magnetic toner is provided with a plate-like releasing plate 1, a lower guide 2 and an upper guide 3. The plate-like releasing plate 1 is fitted into an aperture between a developing sleeve 6 and a blade 4 and the blocking of a developer is destroyed by moving the releasing plate 1 between the sleeve 6 and the blade 4 in the horizontal direction by using a knob. Thus, the toner is smoothly carried to a photosensitive element, preventing a printing part from the generation of white easily with a simple structure.
