Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the intermittent drive unit which has a simple constitution and in which the interval of the operating points is adjustable by switching the fulcrum of a swing arm upward at every prescribed number of reciprocating movement around a lower fulcrum, by a center driving shaft when the operating point at the lower edge of the swing arm is moved intermittently. CONSTITUTION:When a solenoid mechanism 3 is off, a swing arm 7 is pushed onto a base board 1 by a compression spring 15, so the swing arm 7 is turned counterclockwise by the reciporocating motion of a connecting rod 12, and a marker 22 is prevented from touching a band-shaped member 23. The movement of the swing arm 7 is counted by a counter 19, and the solenoid mechanism 3 is turned ON at every prescribed number of times. Therefore, a plunger 4 is fixed in a solenoid 5, and the swing arm 7 is fixed nearly at the second fulcrum Y. When the swing arm 7 is pulled leftward by the connecting rod 12, the swing arm 7 is separated from the first fulcrum X against the compression spring 15, and turns clockwise around the fulcrum Y, and the marker 22 touches the band-shaped member 23 to perform marking.
