CONSTITUTION:When the interior of a hydraulic oil tank 1 is under normal pressure, a pressure switch 34 is closed and a selector valve 32 with its solenoid part 32A excited, is in a communicating position A. when the internal pressure of the hydraulic oil tank 1 reaches the predetermined uppermost pressure for the pressure switch 34, said switch is opened and the selector valve 32 is transferred to the shut off position B. This causes stoppage of air supply to an air pump 31 and its intake side is placed under a fair vacuum. However, since the air pump 31 is equipped with a gear type air compressor, for example, there is no apprehension of accident such as damage and the like to piston rings fitted in a piston 12.
