Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable a high-viscosity material to be easily purified with good workability, by providing a main agitator capable of creacing shearing force and an auxiliary agitator capable of uniformly dispersing the high-viscosity material within the same treating tank. CONSTITUTION:A main agitator 1 is provided with a treating tank 3, said agitator being capable of creating large shearing force and crusing and washing a high-viscosity material in a solvent. Examples of said agitators having such functions are a homomixer, a turbo-disperser, a unimixer, a microagitator, a jet mixer and a turbo-mixer. Further, an auxiliary agitator 2 such as a fan turbine is provided within the treating tank 3, said agitator being capable of uniformly dispersing the high-viscosity material in a treating solvent. In this way, the high- viscosity material can be easily treated in the solvent by the synergistic effect of the main agitator 1 and the auxiliary agitator 2.
