Abstract

PURPOSE: The titled composition which cures at relatively low temperatures and forms a product excellent in heat resistance and peeling strength, comprising specified two kinds of epoxy resins, a diepoxide resin, an acrylonitrile/butadiene copolymer resin and an aliphatic amine.
CONSTITUTION: To 100pts.wt. total weight of (A) 10W85pts.wt. epoxy resin prepared by introducing epoxy groups into the intramolecular side chains of an acrylonitrile/butadiene copolymer rubber, (B) 10W75pts.wt. epoxy resin, m.p.≤ 0°C, having at least three epoxy groups in the molecule, and (C) 5W75pts.wt. diepoxide resin obtained by reacting bisphenol A with epichlorohydrin are added (D) 0.5W50pts.wt. acrylonitrile/butadiene copolymer resin having an epoxy group or an amino group on both terminals of the main chain and (E) an aliphatic amine having prim. amino groups and tert. amino groups in the molecule in such an amount that a ratio, F/G, is 0.5W1.0, wherein G is a total mol of epoxy groups, and F is a total mol of active hydrogen atoms reactive with the epoxy groups.
