Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a molding with a round hole without post processing by using a system in which a hot runner barrel is integrally combined with a torpedo, a gate allowing the uniform flow of resin is formed radially from the circumference of the core of the torpedo, and molding is cut during the barrel sliding period. CONSTITUTION:A resin is supplied through a hot block 16 and the runner 17 of a hot runner barrel 50 from a gate hole 26 into a cavity 25, whereupon the resin is supplied radially and uniformly from the gate hole 26 formed between the hot runner barrel 50 and the periphery of the side part of the core of the torpedo 18 into the cavity 25. The body of the hot block 16 and its hot runner barrel 50 are heated by a heater 20 and the heater 23 of a preheating block 28, and therefore, the resin in the runner does not solidify. Aslo, since the tip of the hot block 16 is supported by a cavity plate on the mobile side, no leak of resin occurs.
