CONSTITUTION:In a discharge passage 6 of a moving layer 5 of granulated material 4 in stock flowing down in the direction of gravity, rotors 7 are provided to face to each other as holding the layer between. These rotors 7 are supported horizontally along side walls 8 at the bottom 2 of a stock container A to divide both sides of the discharge passage 6, and provided with radial fins 13 projected outward. This construction permits to supply the granulated material precisely at a fixed quantity and prevent it from biting in or entangling for discharging smoothly.
