A collet 36 clutching a work W is inserted into the sleeve 35. In addition, a taper face and a saw-toothed coupling face shaped from the radial step section are formed on the inner circumferential face of the sleeve 35, and the taper face and the step section are continued in a spiral shape. Next, a coupling face composed of a taper face and a step section is formed on the outer circumferential face of a collet 36, and the taper face and the step section are also continued in a spiral shape.
