When the valve reaches full closing, although the member 23 is stopped, the clutch 15 causes slip, and the motor 7 keeps rotation until the time set at a timer stopper. In case of the valve opening operation, the motor 17 is reversed, a motor reverse indicating light 33 is lighted to be actuated in the same way.
