Further, the tip edge of the elastic thin plate 12 is pressed on the surface of a photoreceptor drum 30 with a sharp angle of the contact angle theta1. In this case, the tip edge of the thin plate 12 is pressed over the entire width of the photoreceptor drum 30 with a spring force of a tensile coil spring 18 and elastic repulsing force of the member 11 and the pressing force can not be increased more than the required value.
