【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、像保持部材上に付着したトナー・紙
粉等の微細な物質を清掃するクリーニング装置用
のゴムブレードに関する。

等の適正な条件が必ずしも一致しないので、中間
程度の妥協条件のものが使用されている。

先端部分4は硬度40゜のポリウレタンゴム、基部
分5は硬度70゜のシリコンゴムを使用すると、耐
摩耗性に優秀なポリウレタンゴムを摺動部分に使
用できると共に基部分にポリウレタンゴムより対
候性のすぐれたシリコンゴムを使用することによ
つて、環境の変化特に温度が変化してもゴム硬度
に大きな変化はなく常に均一な圧力でブレードを
像保持部材に押しつけることができる。

ニング装置用のゴムブレードに於て、 そのブレードが薄板状であり、かつ像保持部
材に当接する先端部分の硬度をこの先端部分に
連続する基部分の硬度よりも低くして一体に構
成したことを特徴とするクリーニングブレー
ド。 (2) 上記ブレードは先端部分と基部分とを同一材
料で構成する実用新案登録請求の範囲(1)項記載
のクリーニングブレード。 (3) 上記ブレードの先端部分と基部分とを異なる
材料で構成する実用新案登録請求の範囲(1)項記
載のクリーニングブレード。
