Abstract
PURPOSE:To contrive equalization of a surface temperature distribution and to reduce a variation of a surface temperature, by providing a main pipe and a branch circulation substitute pipe in connection with the main pipe for warm water within a panel rationally, in a captioned radiation heater carrying out heating by circulation of the warm water. CONSTITUTION:A main feed pipe 8 and a main return pipe 9 are provided on one side of a panel 7 in parallel with each other so that the main return pipe 9 is above the main feed pipe 8, and a feed pipe 10 and a return pipe 11 of a branch circulation substitute pipe having a smaller diameter than the main pipes 8 and 9 are adjoined together in pairs and provided in connection with the main pipes 8 and 9 within the panel 7 in a meandering manner. A radiation heating panel is constituted with these branch circulation substitute pipes 10 and 11 by making them adhere closely to a radiation plate 12 and insulate the lower surface from heat by a high density foam heat insulation material 13. To constitute a heater by connecting and piping plural number of the heating panels with each other, an electric valve is inserted into the main return pipe to equalize a panel temperature so that the electric valve is constituted that its opening and closing operations are controlled through a controller according to a temperature of the main return pipe detected by a temperature sensor.
