Abstract
PURPOSE:To secure superior distribution with one injection valve by installing a control valve for restricting fuel and the electromagnetic valve which is driven for a certain time, synchronized with the frequency output of an eddy-current flow meter for intake air, in an electronic controlled fuel injector. CONSTITUTION:The intake air is metered by an eddy-current flow meter 4 and inhaled into an engine 1, passing through an intake pipe 2. While, the fuel in a tank 11 is supplied under pressure into the chamber 17 of a metering device 16 and further supplied into a chamber 20 during the time of driving of electromagnetic valves 18 and 19, namely during the valve opening time. The electromagnetic valves 18 and 19 are driven for a certain time by a successively driving circuit apparatus 26, synchronized with the frequency output of the eddy-current flow meter 4, and the fuel is injected from an injection valve 5 through a metering opening 23 during the time described the above. The amount of fuel is determined, during the time when fuel passes through the metering opening 23, by the control valve 22 which is opened and closed by the air-fuel ratio feedback control signal etc. through a driving circuit 27 and a pulse motor 21. The injection valve 5 is constituted so as to be opened by the pressure lower than the set pressure of a pressure adjuster 25.
