Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce generation cost by providing a specific condensate demineralizer which maintains condensate, in a steam turbine utilizing exhaust gas of a gas turbine as its heat source, at high purity so that there is no blow in a can of a boiler at all. CONSTITUTION:Heat steam is produced by means of a boiler 5 utilizing exhaust gas of a gas turbine 1 as a heat source. Electricity is generated through driving a steam turbine 8 by means of heated steam, then exhaust steam 9 is sent into a cooler 10 to be turned into condensate 12, which is processed by means of a condensate demineralizer 14 utilizing H type catin exchange resin and OH type anion exchange resin, and subsequently supplied to the boiler 5. Thus, the condensate circulating in the system may be always maintained at high purity so that there is no blow in a can of the boiler 5 and generation cost may be remarkably reduced.
