Abstract

PURPOSE: To decrease stress generating amount derived from tightening force, and improve strength to fatigue breaking in such a way that a reinforcing member consisting of flexible material is filled into the ring-shaped space which is surrounded by 2 concave that is reserved at the bottom wall parts of the pulley elements and by the outer peripheral face of a rotary shaft.
CONSTITUTION: A pair of dish-shaped pulley elements 9 are brought into contact with each other through the bottom wall parts (A) on the rotary shaft 6 which is inserted into a shaft hole D in the center of the bottom wall parts (A). The bottom wall parts (A) of each dish-shaped pulley elements 9 are brought into contact with each other putting the depression sides of concave C opposite to each other, part assemblies at the concave C are tightened to the side of a fan 8 through a spring washer 11 by a nut 10 which is screwed up with the rotary shaft 6. Thus, a shim 12 as the reinforcing member consisting of flexible material, such as copper, aluminum or the like is filled in the ring-shaped space which is surrounded by the concave C and by the outer peripheral face of the rotary shaft 6.
