Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a soft magnetic resin having a complicated shape and a uniform thickness while keeping excellent soft magnetic characteristics, by kneading flakes composed of an amorphous alloy and having a specified shape with a resin, and press-molding or extruding the resulting mixture.
CONSTITUTION: A thermosetting resin such as a phenolic resin or a thermoplastic resin such as polypropylene is filled with at least 30vol% flakes composed of an amorphous alloy having a thickness of 50μ or below, a length of 10mm or below and width of 5mm or below. The mixture is kneaded and press- molded or extruded. Said flakes can be prepd. in the following manner. For example, a molten alloy 2 injected from a nozzle 1 is quenched on a cooling surface 4.
