Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the resin molded product having high accuracy of a shape, by giving same specific volume as the one at an ordinary temperature or its neighboring temperature above a certain temperature and hereafter keeping a cavity volume constant till opening of a mold. CONSTITUTION:Resin temperature, mold temperature and pressure of resin filled in a cavity at the time initiating one molding cycle are detected and respective signals are inputted to a first calculator 31. The calculator 31 calculates an ideal specific volume-time profile from the state change of resin and a forseen cooling velocity. A second calculator 32 compares a signal of molding initiation and a signal obtained from a working transformer 21 via an amplifier with the specific volume-time profile calculated by the calculator 31 and controls a fluid control valve so as to plot an ideal profile, and controlled fluid is poured into a cylinder 17.
