Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the feed flow from flunctuating by pushing back a drooping pin by means of an electromagnetic solenoid in response to steering loads when steering in a high speed region. CONSTITUTION:A bulkhead 12 with a port 11 is formed inside a valve housing 5, and a drooping pin 13 with its tip inserted into this port 11 is connected to a spool 6. The oil pressure P1 upstream the port 11 is applied to the front end of the spool 6, and the oil pressure P2 downstream the port 11 is applied to the rear end of the spool 6, and when P1 becomes larger the feed oil is returned to a tank 10 through a port 9. A solenoid 20 is fitted to the left end of the housing 5, and its push rod 23 is arranged coaxially with the drooping pin 13. At a high speed the solenoid is energized, pushing the push rod 23 toward the pin until it gets into contact with the drooping pin 15 so as to prevent the pin from being displaced.
