Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the safety and to reduce the delivery noise of a reciprocal air compressor, by laminating a valve seat, cylinder, crank case on a cylinder head while employing a self-lubrication piston ring. CONSTITUTION:The cylinder head section 6 is integrally casted to a frame base 7 then a valve seat 12 and a cylinder section 13 are laminated and fastened through a bolt and nut 14. A crank case section 15 is laminated upside down on a crank case section 15 then fastened through a bolt and nut 14. Thereafter a crank shaft is fixed to the crank case 15. A self-lubricating piston ring 27 and an abrasion board 28 are fitted onto a piston 26 to be assembled in the cylinder section 13. With such structure the lubrication oil is not required and the cylinder head 6 can be located at the lowest section. Consequently the hot part will never touch the body of the worker while the delivery noise is absorbed resulting in the safety and the reduction of the noise.
