Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of injection nozzle by piercing a nozzle needle section with an electron beam or similar means from outside the nozzle and at the same time boring a hole as an injection nozzle under the state where a heat-treated nozzle body and a nozzle needle are assembled. CONSTITUTION:Boring work of injection nozzle is performed by radiating an electron beam 4 to a nozzle 1 and a nozzle needle 2, which extends to a main current 3, from outside the nozzle 1 under the state where the heat-treated nozzle 1 and the nozzle needle 2 are assembled. A measurement fluid is introduced into the main current channel 3. The cross section area for the first nozzle, which responds to the flow rate (QT/n=q1), is computed out of the flow rate QT, injection nozzle number n, and command signal S for the cross sectional configuration of nozzle that have been introduced into microcomputer 9. The signal which sequentially deflects the electron beam 4 by the computed main scanning width and subscanning width, is output toward a control unit 6 sequentially. With this construction, an electrom beam boring unit 7 bores a hole as the first injection nozzle in response to the signals.
