Such antenna 5 is set on the roof of a travelling object 4 like a car, etc. in nearly a horizontal position. An antenna elevation angle control mechanism 6 that controls the angle of elevation of the antenna 5 is added to increase the receiving accuracy of the antenna 5 while the object 4 is at pause.
