CONSTITUTION:A transmitted signal consisting of a start, an address, a control, and a sending-back stand-by signal, etc., is transmitted from a main console panel 1 to terminal equipments 31-3n cyclically on time-division basis, a monitoring terminal equipment when accessed from the console panel returns a sent- back signal to the main console panel on the basis of a monitoring input read in a logical circuit part 5, and the main console panel generates a control signal for a control terminal equipment on the basis of the sent-back signal. The monitoring terminal equipment is provided with a push-button switch for monitor input while the control terminal equipment is provided with a counter 8 for inverting and latching a control output from the circuit part 5, and the output of the counter 8 is used as its control output signal. Therefore, the control terminal maintains the control output without reference to the operation time of said push-button switch, so monitoring terminal equipments having the same address are used.
