CONSTITUTION:Between a signal source 3 and ground, a switch 7 is connected, and a switch 8 is connected in parallel with their series circuit. In case when a signal of an H level is applied to a Schmitt trigger IC 1 at the time of diagnosis, the switches 7, 8 are set to an off-state. Also, in case when a signal of an L level is applied to the IC 1, the switch 8 is set to an on-state. In said each state, quality of an input system can be decided by checking an output of the IC 1.
