CONSTITUTION:That which has doubled an aluminum thin plate 1 and a silicon carbide fiber material 2 is placed between molds K1, K2, at first a flange part of a dome type diaphragm is placed and made to adhere between them, and a dome part is processed by pushing out an extruding mold K21 which the lower mold has. In a state that it is placed between the molds K1, K2, since the surface of the aluminum thin plate 1 is melted or half-melted by a heating operation of a heater, the silicon carbide fiber material 2 is embedded from the surface of the aluminum thin plate 1. A diaphragm is obtained by parting it from the molds K1, K2 and cooling it.
