Abstract

PURPOSE:To transfer a pattern, colors, and the like without deformation of a tank, by fixing a lid to the plastic gas tank of the lighter, and thereafter performing transfer processing by using a heating transfer roll heated to a specified temperature. CONSTITUTION:The plastic gas tank 1 of the plastic gas lighter is filled with the gas. Then the upper lid 2 to which a nozzle 2b and a burner assembly 2a are provided, is placed on the tank and welded. Thereafter, the pattern and the colors of the transferring film having the grain, a gold color, and the like are transferred to sides 1a-1d of the tank 1 of the lighter by using the transfer roll (e.g. silicone rubber roll having the hardness of about 70 deg.) whose surface is heated at 160-220 deg.C (preferably 180 deg.C).
