Abstract
PURPOSE:To shorten an electrical transmission time by means of skip electrical transmission, by sending out one skip line signal to continuous N pieces of full white lines, and also making this send-out time same as a data send-out time to a non- full white line. CONSTITUTION:An original read part 1 reads a sending original by 1 line each, converts it to a picture signal (a), and outputs this picture signal (a) to a line memory 2 and a full white line detecting circuit 3. When the signal (a) is inputted, the circuit 3 decides whether its 1 line is a full white line or not, and if it is a full white line, a full white display signal (b) is sent out to a skip line deciding and controlling circuit 4. The circuit 4 controls a subscanning motor controlling circuit 8 and a send-out signal changing-over circuit 5 in accordance with an output of the cicuit 3, and in the changing-over circuit 5, one of the picture signal (a), a full white line signal (c) or a skip line signal (d) is sent out to a receiver side as a send- out signal (e).
