CONSTITUTION:When a frame synchronizing signal 22 which has been sent as the head of a frame is detected, a receiving slot generator 64 generates receiving slot pulses 21a-21h. When a slot counter 65 has counted three receiving slot pulses, it provides a transfer request pulse 66 to a receiving control-processor 67. One of receiving buffers 69, 70 having three-data bucket portion, respectively, receives a data through a changeover gate from a shift register 61, and the other makes a stored data to a holding state for transfer. The receiving control processor 67 makes preparation for transferring a data to a computer 51, and after that, sends a transfer interruption signal to the computer 51, and when the interruption is received, a data transfer is executed through the changeover gate.
