Abstract

PURPOSE:To maintain speech quality by switching circuits correctly by invariably monitoring the state of a ratio circuit by using a DC level detecting function provided for dial pulse detection or off-hook and on-hook detection. CONSTITUTION:The output of a comparator 6 is led to one input terminal of an OR circuit 23. The output of a pulse generating circuit 25 is connected to the other input terminal of the circuit 23. The output of the circuit 23 is led to one input terminal of an AND circuit 24. The output of a comparator 7 is connected to the other input terminal of the circuit 24. The output of the circuit 24 is led to a relay 19. A transmitted signal from a mobile station is received by a receiver 3 and a voltage proportional to the electric field intensity of the received wave is outputted from a limiter voltage terminal 5. The comparator 6 compares the voltage with a reference voltage 8 and when the voltage becomes lower than the reference voltage 8, an output[0]is sent out to the circuit 23. The output of the circuit 25 drives the relay 19 through the circuits 23 and 25, opening and closing a relay contact 20.
