Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the titled device with high resolution, high speed and low cost by making a signal forming part a triple layered structure where a ferromagnetic material thin layer, an insulator thin layer and a resistor thin layer are superposed in order from the lower part and further by coating the end surface of the ferromagnetic material thin layer with the insulator thin layer or the resistor thin layer. CONSTITUTION:A line electrode 9 is wound like a spiral on a rotatable cylindrical drum 8 and in close vicinity to it in a plane parallel to an axis of the cylindrical drum 8, a thin film layer 11 having the end surface 10 that is a signal forming part is placed.
