Abstract

PURPOSE:To implement most part of operation process digitally and eliminate the need for adjustment or the like by applying operation process to digital data obtained by sample holding of a sampled voltage. CONSTITUTION:A voltage of a reference oscillator 1a is applied to a sampling reference interval generating circuit 6 through a resistor 1b. A counter 8 counts n- time pulse of the frequency of a reference voltage Ea from a PLL circuit 6b, and is reset every one cycle by a pulse from a gate 6f. Also, a counter 7 counts a pulse per cycle from a CPU4 and is reset every n cycles. Outputs of these counters 7, 8 are compared by a comparator 9, and when they coincide, a sampling clock is generated. On the other hand, the reference voltage Ea and sampling voltage Wb are inputted to the CPU4 through sample holding circuits 2a, 2b and an AD convertor 3, and the CPU4 implements operation process on data to compute LCR.
