Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the degradation of characteristics due to dust, etc. even when the output section and irradiating section of laser beams projected from a laser oscillator are moved relatively by each forming the output section and the irradiating section in independent vessels hermetically sealed. CONSTITUTION:The laser beams projected from the laser oscillator 31 are entered from the window 34 of the output section 33 hermetically sealed independently, reflected by means of reflectors 35, 36 and projected from the window of an opening section 37. The laser beams from the output section 33 are entered from the window 39 of the irradiating section 38 hermetically sealed independently, are reflected by means of a reflector 40, are focussed by means of a lens 41 and irradiate the predetermined position of a material to be irradiated 42.
