Abstract

PURPOSE:To carry out an increase in diameter, tube expansion and binding in one pass and to improve the efficiency of manufacture of a dual tube by linking a piston of a rod having the liquid intake of an external-tube equipped internal tube, and a heating device and a cooling device on the external side of the external tube to a driver. CONSTITUTION:A piston 16 opposed to an internal tube 13 is provided atop of a rod 15 linked to a driver 19, the rod 15 is run throuh a sealed head 3, and the piston 16 and the internal tube form a tube expanding hydraulic chamber 18. Then, an external-tube cooling device 39 linked to the driver 19 is provided behind the piston 6, and a heating device 30 is also provided before the piston 16. Therefore, as the piston 16 moves forth, the external-tube heating device 30 moves forthe and a tube expansion area is formed previously by the front part of the piston 16 to perform heating and tube expansion simultaneously; and cooling is carried out immediately at a piston passage part, thus performing an increase in diameter, tube expansion, and binding in one path.
